How do I book a service for my pet?
To book a service:
Log in to your account.
Select your preferred service (e.g., grooming, boarding, vet visit).
Choose your pet from your pet profile or add a new one.
Pick the date, time, and service provider (if applicable).
Review the summary and click “Confirm Booking.”
Can I book multiple pets at the same time?
Yes! During the booking process, you can select multiple pets and book the same service for them in a single transaction. Please note that availability may vary by service provider.
How do I check my upcoming bookings?
Go to the “My Bookings” section under your profile. You’ll find a list of all upcoming, past, and canceled appointments.
Can I modify or reschedule a booking?
Absolutely. You can reschedule or edit a booking up to 24 hours before the appointment:
Go to My Bookings
Click on the booking you want to change
Select Edit or Reschedule
Follow the steps and save the changes
Some services or providers may have specific rescheduling policies.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may incur a late cancellation fee or be ineligible for a refund depending on the provider’s policy.
What happens if a service provider cancels my booking?
You will be notified immediately via email and/or SMS. You’ll have the option to:
Rebook with a different provider
Receive a full refund
Contact support for further assistance
How do I pay for a booking?
Payment is completed at the time of booking via our secure platform. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods.
